COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CONSENT

1. DEFINITION AND LEGAL BASIS

This text is prepared pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, for the purpose of informing you about and obtaining your consent to commercial electronic messages to be sent by Orclever Science & Research Group (Business Name: Zeki Oralhan; Address: Harman Mah. 6224. Sokak No:3, Talas / Kayseri / Türkiye; E-mail: sales@orclever.com; the "Service Provider").

2. SCOPE OF CONSENT

If you give consent, commercial electronic messages — including general and personalized campaigns, discounts and offers, conference, congress and event announcements and invitations, new service and publication introductions, newsletters, surveys, and greetings — may be sent to the contact details you have provided via e-mail, SMS/short message, and phone calls.

3. CONSENT IS OPTIONAL

This consent is entirely optional and is not a precondition for purchasing any service. Even without your consent, informational messages regarding registration, invoicing, payment, performance of the service, and related changes (messages that do not qualify as commercial electronic messages) will continue to be sent to you in accordance with the applicable legislation.

4. MESSAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (İYS)

Your consent may be recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) as required by law; you may also manage your consent and refusal rights via İYS (iys.org.tr).

5. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason: by using the opt-out/unsubscribe link in the messages, by notifying sales@orclever.com, or via İYS. Refusal requests are processed within three (3) business days at the latest.

6. PERSONAL DATA

Your name, surname, and contact details are processed for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages based on your explicit consent pursuant to Article 5/1 of Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698. For details, please see the KVKK Information Notice.
