Authors retain copyright

Authors who publish in Orclever Proceedings of Research and Development retain the copyright to their own work. The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright as a condition of publication. Authors keep the right to:

• Share, distribute, and republish their article in any medium.
• Deposit any version of the manuscript (submitted, accepted, or published) in personal websites, institutional repositories, preprint servers (e.g. arXiv, SSRN), and subject repositories without embargo.
• Include the article in a thesis, dissertation, book, or teaching material.
• Translate or adapt the work, subject only to the attribution requirement below.
• Grant additional licenses to third parties at any time.

When an article is accepted for publication, the author grants Orclever Proceedings of Research and Development a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under CC BY 4.0, anyone is free to:

• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

Publishing rights

Any reuse of the article must cite the original publication in Orclever Proceedings of Research and Development and, where available, the article's DOI. A recommended citation is provided in each article's landing page in BibTeX, RIS, and plain-text formats.

Third-party content

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party material (figures, tables, long quotations, datasets) included in the article that is not covered by fair use. The journal's CC BY 4.0 license applies only to the author's original contribution.
