CARD STORAGE AND RECURRING PAYMENT CONSENT

1. DATA CONTROLLER AND SCOPE

This text is prepared by Orclever Science & Research Group (Business Name: Zeki Oralhan; Address: Harman Mah. 6224. Sokak No:3, Talas / Kayseri / Türkiye; E-mail: sales@orclever.com; "Orclever") to inform you about, and obtain your explicit consent for, the card storage and automatic charging system used for subscription services offered through www.orclever.com, pursuant to Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation.

2. WHERE IS YOUR CARD STORED?

Your card details (card number, expiry date, security code) are never stored on, nor visible to, Orclever systems. The card details you enter on the payment page are stored on the PCI-DSS certified secure infrastructure of Lidio Payment Services and Electronic Money Inc., a payment institution licensed under Law No. 6493, in accordance with the interoperable card storage standard. Orclever systems keep only the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and the storage reference (token) generated by the payment institution.

3. STORAGE KEY: YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Your stored cards are bound to your verified email address in our system. If your email address changes, the stored cards bound to it are revoked for your security and you will be asked to re-save your card at the next payment.

4. AUTOMATIC CHARGING (SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL)

If you give consent, your subscription fee is automatically charged to your stored card at the start of each period (monthly/yearly, as selected). The first payment is taken with 3D Secure authentication; subsequent charges are performed as recurring transactions (stored card, without additional authentication) in accordance with the applicable rules. If the subscription fee changes, you will be informed by e-mail before the change takes effect.

5. CANCELLATION AND CARD DELETION

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or by notifying sales@orclever.com; upon cancellation no charge is made for the following period. You may request deletion of your stored card at any time; the request is forwarded to the payment institution and the storage reference is invalidated. If a charge fails, your membership is suspended and you are notified by e-mail; no obligation arises for you other than the service interruption. The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to refunds.

6. DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSES AND TRANSFERS

Data processed in this scope: name and surname, verified e-mail address, last four digits and brand of the card, storage reference (token), transaction amounts and dates. Purposes: collection of the subscription fee, payment security, and record-keeping obligations arising from legislation. Your data may be transferred, limited to these purposes, to the payment institution Lidio, the relevant banks, and authorized public bodies. For details, see the KVKK Information Notice.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (information, correction, deletion, objection, etc.) at any time by contacting sales@orclever.com. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time; upon withdrawal your stored card is deleted and automatic charging stops.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT

I have read and understood the information above. I give my explicit consent to my card details being stored on the payment institution (Lidio) systems and to the subscription fee being automatically charged to my stored card each period.
