Publishing Process
Abstracts and full papers are accepted in Turkish and English. Your publication route is determined by the participant type you choose at registration.
- Abstract only — ISBN abstract book
- Full paper — OPRD, with DOI, indexed in Google Scholar
- Journal article — EJRND (European Journal of Research and Development), internationally indexed
Review: single-blind peer review, minimum 2 referees. Similarity must be below 25 percent.
Submission: only through the Orclever system — orclever.com/conferences/rdconf/submit
Journal deadlines: 31 December 2026 for the 2026 issue, 31 January 2027 for the 2027 issue (an abstract submission is required).
The registration fee is an attendance and editorial-processing fee, not a guarantee of publication. Only papers that pass peer review are published.
