Fees are shown in €; at the payment step they are auto-converted to TL at the current rate (1 € = ₺55,50) for card / bank-transfer payment.
- The congress is in person only; there is no online attendance option.
- Payments are calculated at the current EUR/TRY rate and collected in Turkish Lira.
- ARGEMİP member companies receive a 10% discount on the total.
- One registration fee covers one paper. Each additional paper requires a separate payment.
- Congress materials and coffee breaks are included.
- VAT is 20%. Company fees are net + VAT; academic/student fees are VAT inclusive.
The registration fee is an attendance and editorial-processing fee, not a guarantee of publication. All papers undergo peer review and only accepted papers are published. Accepted papers must be presented orally at the congress in order to be published.
