Word template
Word file or form?
An abstract needs no Word file
You type the abstract, in English, straight into the form on the submission page: title, abstract, keywords and authors. There is no file to upload, and it takes a few minutes.
For a full paper or an article, the template saves you work
Import a file written in the template on the submission form and the title, abstract, keywords, sections and references land in their fields by themselves. You can also type the text into the form yourself; the Word (.docx) file is uploaded either way.
Four rules for the full-paper and article templates
The grey instruction block at the top of the template explains them in full; delete it once read.
Fill in the blanks
Everything in double square brackets is a blank. Replace it, brackets included, with your own text; a blank left in place is not imported.

The system recognises the title, abstract, keywords, headings and references by their Word paragraph style, not by size or colour.
