Copyright Notice

Author copyright, licensing terms (CC BY 4.0), and publishing rights

The European Journal of Research and Development (EJRND, e-ISSN 2822-2296), published by Orclever Science & Research Group, is a fully open-access journal. This page states the copyright and licensing terms that apply to every article published in EJRND.

Authors retain copyright

Authors who publish in EJRND retain the copyright to their own work. The journal never requires authors to transfer copyright as a condition of publication. As copyright holders, authors keep the right to:

  • Share, distribute, and republish the article in any medium and in any form.
  • Deposit any version of the manuscript (submitted preprint, accepted manuscript, or final published version) in personal websites, institutional repositories, preprint servers (arXiv, SSRN, ResearchGate, etc.), and subject repositories — without embargo.
  • Include the article in a thesis, dissertation, book, or teaching material.
  • Translate or adapt the work, subject only to the attribution requirement described below.
  • Grant additional licenses to third parties at any time.

Licensing terms — CC BY 4.0

On acceptance, the author grants EJRND a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Because the license is non-exclusive, the author controls all other rights.

Under CC BY 4.0, anyone is free to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

The only condition is that the original author(s), the journal, and (where available) the article's DOI are cited. Full license text: creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.

Publishing rights — no restrictions

Because copyright stays with the author and the license granted to EJRND is non-exclusive, authors have full publishing rights without restrictions. They may republish the article, deposit it in any repository, translate it, or reuse its content freely — the only obligation is citing the original publication in EJRND.

Self-archiving policy

EJRND is a green open-access journal with no embargo:

  • Preprint (submitted version) — may be posted anywhere at any time.
  • Postprint (accepted manuscript) — may be deposited in any repository immediately upon acceptance.
  • Published version (version of record) — may be deposited in any repository immediately upon publication, with a link to the version of record on the journal website.

Attribution & citation

Any reuse of an EJRND article must cite:

  • the author(s),
  • the article title,
  • the journal name (The European Journal of Research and Development),
  • the year, volume, issue (or article number), and page range where applicable,
  • and the article's DOI.

Each article's landing page provides one-click citation export in BibTeX, RIS, and plain-text formats.

Third-party content

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party material (figures, tables, long quotations, datasets) included in the article that is not covered by fair use. The CC BY 4.0 license applies only to the author's original contribution; third-party material retains its separate license and must be clearly identified in the article.

Data and supplementary materials

Datasets, code, and supplementary materials submitted alongside the article are also licensed under CC BY 4.0 unless the author specifies a different license at the time of submission (e.g. CC0 for data, MIT/Apache-2.0 for code).
